1日8h程 勤務地により開始時間が異なる

A Message from a Graduate Employee
in Their First Year

新卒入社1年目 21歳のスタッフから

きっかけは専門学校のホテル科に在学中、訪れた研修でこの店に出会ったこと。ここで学びたいと強く思い、入社を決めました。最初の2、3ヶ月は慣れるだけで精一杯でしたが、先輩が丁寧に教えてくれましたし、前向きに覚えようとする姿勢があれば、きっと大丈夫ですよ。勤務地が郊外で最初は驚きましたが、住めば意外に自分に合っていて。空気もおいしく、都会の喧騒とも無縁。暖かい時期にリスが遊びに来ることもあります。
まだまだ勉強中ですが、これからも先輩を見習い、どんな小さなことにも、細やかに気配りができるようになりたいと思っています。

This is a message from one of our 21-year-old staff members in her first year as a new graduate.

My journey here started when I was a student in the hotel department of a vocational school, and came across this restaurant during a training course. I believed that needed to work here and learn, so I decided to join the company. During the first couple of months, I could hardly do anything but get used everything going on around me, but my seniors taught me with great care, and as long as you have a positive attitude and are willing to learn, you'll be fine. At first I was surprised that the work location was in the city's suburbs, but after living there, I found that it suited me surprisingly well. The air is clean and there is no hustle and bustle of the city. In the warmer months we sometimes even get some squirrels coming to visit.
I am still learning, but I would like to continue to follow the example of my seniors and be meticulous and attentive to even the smallest details.
